Alright, so we’ve talked about bullying—what it looks like, where it happens, and how to be there for someone dealing with it. But here’s the thing: bullying isn’t just ‘drama’ or ‘kids being kids.’ Sometimes, it messes with people in ways no one sees.
And that’s the hardest part. Not everyone shows it. There aren’t always warning signs. No big, obvious cries for help. Sometimes, it’s just a person, carrying something way too heavy, silently.
That’s why this conversation matters. It’s why we have to check in, look out for each other, and make sure no one ever feels like they have to handle life alone.
So, let’s talk about it. Not in a scary way—but in a real way. Because knowing what to do, knowing how to help, and knowing that hope is always there? That can save a life.

So, let’s do it again.
1 in 5 students have seriously thought about suicide in the last month. That’s not just a stat—it’s someone’s friend, someone’s sibling, someone right here. No one should feel alone in that. So be that person. Reach out. Remind them they matter.
BECAUSE SOMETIMES, THE THINGS WE DON'T TALK ABOUT ARE THE ONES THAT MATTER MOST.
8% of students have made a plan to end their life. That’s not just a number—it’s someone’s reality. No one should feel that alone. So check in. Be kind. Let them know they matter, because they do.
Victims of cyberbullying are four times more likely to struggle with suicidal thoughts. Four. Times. That’s not just internet drama—it’s real pain, and it can feel impossible to escape. So don’t just scroll past. Speak up. Show support. No one deserves to feel trapped by a screen.
Bullying doesn’t just fade—it lingers, and it hurts. 60% of bullied students struggle with depression, and 30% battle anxiety because of it. That’s way too many people carrying pain they never asked for. So what do we do? We notice. We support. We remind them they’re so much more than what anyone says about them.
Suicide rates have gone up 37% in the last two decades—and they’re still rising. That’s not just a number, it’s lives. Friends, classmates, people who should still be here. We have to talk about this. We have to reach out, check in, and remind people they’re never alone. Because every life matters. Every single one.
